Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship both within the UK and internationally.
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are shown clearly at checkout based on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, particularly during busy periods or for international deliveries.
If you have any questions about an order in transit, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items.
If you change your mind, you may return your book within 15 days of delivery, provided that:
-
The book is unused
-
It is returned in its original condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will process your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
In these cases, we will offer:
-
A replacement, or
-
A full refund
— whichever you prefer.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for a brief description and a photo of the problem.
Delivery Couriers & Delays
We use reliable postal services, including tracked 24-hour and 48-hour options within the UK, as well as tracked international services.
While these services aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as increased demand, customs processing, or disruption within postal networks.
In rare cases, parcels may also be delayed or temporarily marked as missing while still in transit.
If your order has not arrived:
-
Please allow up to 7 days after the expected delivery date before contacting us
-
Many delayed parcels arrive within this window without further action
If your order is still missing after this time, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue.
International Orders
International deliveries may be subject to local customs processes.
Any applicable import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
