For a one-time sponsorship from £299.99, you can help fund the creation of a new town, village, city, district, coastal area, or local region book — and become part of its story from the beginning.

You’ll help suggest places for the book, be credited inside as the founding sponsor, receive one finished copy when it launches, and earn £2.00 per eligible sale for the first 12 months after launch.

How it works

Sponsor your town
Choose the town, village, city, or area you’d like to sponsor and place your order.

Once your sponsorship comes through, we’ll contact you directly to confirm the place you have in mind and talk through the next steps.
Help shape the book
We’ll work with you to gather ideas, reference images, and meaningful places that could be included.

This might include landmarks, streets, buildings, views, local details, historic places, or places people from the area would instantly recognise.

Once the direction is agreed, the references are passed to one of our independent artists, who will begin creating the book in the Britain in Lines style
Receive Your Copy & Earn
When the book is complete and ready to launch, you’ll receive your included finished copy.

We’ll also set up your sponsor royalty account through ReferrLy, so you can earn £2.00 for every eligible copy of your sponsored book sold through Britain in Lines during the first 12 months after launch.

How your sponsor royalty works

As the founding sponsor, you’ll receive £2.00 for every eligible copy of your sponsored book sold through Britain in Lines during the first 12 months after launch.

This applies when your sponsored book is sold individually, or when it is included as part of a bundle or collection.

Refunded, cancelled, wholesale, trade, bulk, or heavily discounted orders are excluded unless agreed separately in writing.
