Quick answer: Yes. With Britain in Lines' Sponsor a Town Book, you can fund a new hand-drawn colouring book of your town, village, city or area from £299. You help suggest the places included, get credited inside as the founding sponsor, receive a finished copy, and earn £1.50 per eligible copy sold in the first 12 months after launch.
How does Sponsor a Town Book work?
- Sponsor your town. Choose the place and place your order. We'll then contact you to confirm the details.
- Help shape the book. Together we gather ideas and reference images: landmarks, streets, views and places locals would instantly recognise. An independent artist then hand-draws the book in the Britain in Lines style.
- Launch and earn. You receive your finished copy and early access before public release. Your royalty account is set up so you earn £1.50 for every eligible copy sold through Britain in Lines for 12 months after launch, including when it's sold as part of a bundle.
How much does it cost?
- Standard (21 to 28 days): £299
- Express (7 to 14 days): £399
- Launch stock add-ons: 10, 25, 50 or 100 extra copies, ideal for shops and visitor centres.
The price and benefits are the same whether you sponsor as an individual, business or organisation.
Who sponsors a town colouring book?
- Independent shops and gift shops that want a locally relevant product for their shelves
- Cafés, visitor centres and tourism businesses looking for a quality souvenir
- Community groups, local history societies and town pride projects
- Businesses and BIDs wanting to celebrate their area. Our Liverpool, Sheffield and Reading books were created in partnership with local Business Improvement Districts.
- Individuals with a strong connection to a place, including people creating something in memory of a loved one or a hometown
